Why must I pay to lookup a cell number?
Is it really possible to do a free cell phone search on the Web? So many of us have been disappointed or frustrated in the past with sites that appear to provide free services online, but in reality do not. Is this the case for the cell phone search?
To begin we will define what we mean by a phone number search. When you have a home phone number but no idea who the number belongs to. You can use a reverse lookup service like Google to see the details. Of course in situations where you lost contact with someone but still have their phone number, or simply to check who owns the phone number. There are many places where you can make these residential and business phone inquiries on line searches free, including pager phone numbers.
However, trouble arises when you need to run a reverse lookup on a cell phone as the free databases don’t include such phone numbers. So, if you’re trying to find an Ohio cell phone number you may have a problem. These listings do not contain cell phone numbers as this information is only in the hands of carriers and telecommunications companies. Do these records exist & are they available free?
The good news is that there are programs that do offer a large number of cell phone numbers, but they are not free. These websites of course need to pay a premium to access some of this data, and go to the trouble and expense of compiling all resources into one place and therefore, you need to pay a small price for access to their research. Often times though, the cost is generally a single fee and you can do as many searches as you want. These records generally include cell owner details, address history, carrier information, and the phone and connection status. It should also be noted that the databases offered by each company differ to some degree, but most include cell phones, residential, business, fax, toll-free and pagers. With these programs your queries are guaranteed legal and confidential.
We have seen sites that claim to offer free cell research, but that has always led to programs charging a price in the end. Some do allow people to search for free and then see the results. The sad truth is that the only place where you can find detailed reverse cell records is within the legitimate paid directories. To conclude, cell phone searches are not free. However, if you really need to access these records, we believe that it is worth the fee.
